I am an Online Fitness Coach helping women over 30 challenge the status quo of diet culture so they can cultivate a sustainable healthy lifestyle

My mission is to empower women to make lifestyle choices that serve their own fitness and health goals long-term, not just for summer.

This starts with ditching limiting beliefs around diet and exercise and taking control of what really matters for effective weight management, a healthier body, and a happier mind.

There's no calorie counting, body shaming, or toxic positivity around here!

You can expect real-life experiences, and sustainable tips and advice to help you improve your health, fitness, and well-being. My coaching is the result of my studies and research, not the latest diet trends or fads.

I've found Natalie's in-person and online classes invaluable this last year. After major surgery in May, I've built up my fitness and strength, to a point where I believe I'm fitter than I have been for a good few years.
