Service Description
These ladies-only Personal Training sessions are perfect for you if you want the benefits of a personal trainer but without the hefty price tag. Train with up to 4 other individuals and together you will complete a progressive workout program delivered in 6 week blocks. All sessions are designed with the beginner in mind and adaptations and modifications are provided to ensure everyone gets a workout. The goal of these sessions is to ease you into strength training and encourage you to challenge yourself in small increments each week. This might look like increasing your sets, reps, or weights so that you are always making progress. You will master each exercise with dedicated guidance, advice and form-checking. I will provide the guidelines for each session and you give it your best shot. Sessions are 1 hour and there will be a maximum of 5 participants per session. All equipment is provided. Sessions include : - Warm up and Mobility - CV training - Strength training - Cool down. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Spaces are limited to only 5 participants per session, once a session is oversubscribed you will be added to a waitlist. I recommend booking your spot early to avoid missing out. Please read the terms and conditions.

PAY AS YOU GO BOOKINGS: May be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for refund or transfer.
